*Banquet evening is included in registration fees for symposium participants. If you are already registered and want to add an accompanying person ticket to your registration file, send an email to ifac-mmm2022@conferium.com and we send you a secure link for payment by credit card for the addition.
Note to presenting authors: Please wait after acceptance notification to register. During the registration process, you will have to provide the unique identification number for each of your papers accepted by IFAC. Following the official payment confirmation of your registration you will receive the confirmation code for each paper. You will need to use this/these code(s) in order to be able to submit the final version of your paper(s) into the IFAC system by the deadline of April 30, 2022.
Reminder of conditions for presenting authors:
• Maximum of two articles included per registration for non-student and one for student.
• Maximum of six pages per article.
• A third article can be added by non-student conditional to an additional fee of 500$.
If you submitted a 3rd article that was accepted, you will need to indicate this in step 1 and pay the additional $500 required by selecting this product in step 2.
Refund Policy
Please note that:
- registrations used to upload final papers to be included to the program cannot be canceled;
- additional paper upload fees and additional page in proceedings fees cannot be canceled.
A refund of registration fees will be made to any registered participant who cancels on or before April 30, 2022, less a $75 CAD administration fee.
Cancellation requests received from May 1, 2022, to June 1, 2022, will be subject to an administrative charge of 50%.
No refund will be made if cancellation requests are received on or after June 2, 2022.
Substitutions will be accepted at any time as long as the eventual additional amount in registration fees is paid.
